Following the graduation exam, the qualification certificate is issued, which is valid within Romania and internationally.

Who the course is for
The course is for people who have completed compulsory education and who want to get qualified and improve their knowledge in the field of professional waiting.
Those at the beginning of the road, who want to master the art of waiting. Also, those who already have professional experience will find useful information and practical advice from our trainers.
The service itself consists in organizing the serving room, receiving customers and establishing a relationship with them, presenting and recommending the restaurant offer, taking the order, sending it to the other sections, serving customers, disposing of food, drawing up the payment note, and collecting the equivalent value and saying goodbye to the customer.
How the course works
The course aims for the students to acquire a set of professional skills that will qualify the student to carry out activities specific to the profession of “Waiter”.
The student will learn to apply the rules of labor protection at work, sanitize the workplace, draw up receipts, take and send orders, use specific materials and tools, provide customer service, receive customers, and provide them with specific services.
Students will be evaluated periodically, throughout the course, to verify the level of theoretical and practical knowledge acquired and also the ability to pass the practical tests.
The practical training will also take place in real jobs, at nearby economic agents, in order to increase the degree of adaptability to the requirements of the market economy.
The final evaluation will be done by marks awarding by a committee, for a written exam, for the theory part, and a practical test (emphasis is placed on learning to apply the acquired theoretical knowledge in practice).

Graduation certificate
Following the graduation exam, a qualification certificate is issued, which will offer all the rights according to the legislation in force to practice the profession of “Waiter (waiter), salesperson in public catering establishments”. The diploma offered upon graduation of the course is also recognized internationally, according to the Hague Convention of 05.10.1961. The Waiter qualification certificate is accompanied by the descriptive supplement in which all the competencies obtained in the course are listed.
