BoConTeam4EU
The aim of the BoConTeam project is to study and exchange experiences about new educational methods together with partners from several countries. Among the methods studied are Game Based Learning, Critical Thinking and Information Filtering and Augmented Reality in the Classroom.
Proiect’s Premise
In recent times, digital technologies are advancing very fast and some adults with a low level of education or employed in jobs that do not use these technologies are at risk of being left behind or falling into technological traps. Ignorance of digital technologies can reduce the quality of life or create obstacles whether we are talking about personal, social, or professional life. There is a widely recognized tendency among adults to withdraw from the educational process after a certain age.
Instructors participating in adult education must take on the task of overcoming these skills gaps between generations. In this sense, new attractive training solutions are constantly being developed that can be valuable tools for instructors.

Project Objective:
The objective of the BoConTeam4EU project is to host a series of training activities in which organizations working in the field of adult education will be able to exchange experiences, resources and teaching methods. Each LTTA (Learning Teaching and Training Activity) will have a theme proposed by the host organization, such as:
- Game Based Learning
- Critical Thinking and Information Filtering
- Augmented Reality in the Classroom
Target Group
The target group of the project is represented by adult education trainers who will be encouraged to exchange experience and improve their skill set. This will benefit companies that provide adult education by increasing their employees, but the benefits of the project will be felt among adults trained in these companies, who will have an extra chance to become familiar with the technologies of the 21st century.
Rogepa’s contributions:
Event Planning
Rogepa hosts a transnational meeting (July 26-27, 2021), at which all project partners are represented. During the meeting in Cluj-Napoca, we provide the appropriate space for conversations and presentations, but also organize optional local trips to help guests get acquainted with the context of our region. More details about the meeting on the BoConTeam4EU website.
Training Events
Rogepa will organize one of the three LTTA (Learning, Teaching and Training Activities), with the theme Game Based Learning. This activity will be attended by 3 trainers from partner organizations.
International Cooperation
All partners are involved in most aspects of the project. Remote cooperation is thus a crucial element in the development of the project. The project management is based on Trello. We collaborate using Google Sheets and Google Docs and hold meetings on Skype. We also participate in the 4 transnational meetings and 3 LTTA (Learning, Teaching, and Training Activities), in the project implementation countries.
