IP4J
The IP4J project aims to develop tools that will enable training providers to help their students thrive in the classroom, but especially in the labor market. In this sense, the project will develop a series of interactive brochures, videos, and an application. These materials will serve as examples of good practice for trainers who can follow the same methods, to create their own teaching materials.
What the project aims to do:
The full name of the project is Innovative and practical training for low-skilled and migrant jobs.
The project is about innovation in the field of vocational training and through it, we aim to develop, test, and introduce a new approach to workplace learning for those with a low level of education and for migrants who do not speak the local language. We will address the topic starting from the career orientation phase, then we will provide solutions for the development of visual teaching tools to transmit the information needed to obtain the skills needed for a job.

The project’s outputs:
IO1 Toolkit for orientation and guidance for low-skilled and migrants
The career guidance guide will take the form of an interactive pdf and will be distributed as an Open Educational Resource.
The purpose of this resource is to help those with a low level of formal education and migrants to identify the skills they have already learned and, depending on them and the labor market, to select a suitable path for their career.
The guide will be available in all 6 project languages.
IO2 Interactive booklets
We will produce a series of 4 interactive brochures designed and published as open educational resources. The 4 brochures will be published in the form of a book with a small number of pages and will contain information especially in the form of photos, illustrations and links, so that they can be easily used by someone who does not speak any language. International. Each brochure will contain information on a specific topic: Chef’s Help, Gardening, Cleaning Services, and Crafts.
IO3 Video tutorials
The video tutorials will be made to support the information in the brochures (IO2). They will have the same topics as the brochures – Chef’s Help, Gardening, Cleaning Services, Arts and Crafts. As in the case of brochures, we will try to express the content of the tutorials without using spoken or written language, so that they can be understood by those who do not understand any of the project languages.
IO4 Mobile app
The mobile application will collect all the resources from IO2 and IO3 that it will organize in a presentation that is as accessible and simple as possible.
Rogepa’s contribution
Training and guidance
resources
For the Career Guidance Guide (IO1) and the 4 brochures (IO2) the experience of all partners is needed. Rogepa will contribute to their content with relevant information from our experience of training and orientation on the labor market in Romania.
Video
creation
Rogepa was given the role of providing the videos related to the job of Kitchen Helper. We will produce and supply these materials, and we will also create and maintain the project’s YouTube channel.
Graphic
design
Rogepa will make the graphic design of the 4 brochures published within the project. We will make or collect multimedia materials that will be part of these brochures.
Translating and adjusting information
The project is based on information from the regions of all partners, so Rogepa is responsible for providing, structuring and translating relevant information from Romania. The translation and adaptation in Romanian of the information contributed by other partners helps the visibility of the project in Romania.
Organizing events
Rogepa hosted the only training event for the employees of the project partners (Joint Staff Training Event), in September 2021, at which all the project partners were represented. During the event in Baia Mare we were careful to provide the appropriate space for conversations and presentations, but we also organized optional local trips to help our guests get acquainted with the context of the region. more details on the IP4J website
International cooperation
IP4J is planned in such a way that all partners are involved in most aspects of the project. Remote cooperation is thus a crucial element in the development of the project. The communication and management of the project is based on Trello, for structuring the information, we collaborate using Google Sheets and Google Docs and we hold meetings on Skype. We also participate in the 4 transnational meetings in the project implementation countries.
